I’m excited to launch this new project to raise and expand awareness on well-being and healthy living.

I’ll share my lifestyle, sports I’m doing, foods I’m eating; as well as tips on meditation, natural beauty, dealing with emotions, inner peace and anything related to wellness.

My aim is to come closer to my students and readers by creating a warming environment for those interested in sharing and exchanging meaningful uplifting material to add up in our lives.
